Colour not accurate to the picture on model
I bought this bag because the website clearly stated it would fit a 13-inch MacBook. However, my 13-inch MacBook doesn’t fit properly inside, and it’s impossible to close the bag with the laptop inside. This makes the product unfit for the purpose it was advertised for.
Customer service only offered a 10% discount, which is unacceptable given the misrepresentation. The item is not as described, and the experience has been disappointing.
The colour is completely different from the picture to what you get in person, it’s almost like a black colour even in full natural lighting. Super misleading.

super cute design! I wish there were more pockets inside the bag but it’s very spacious and open :) the bag feels very premium and goat chocolate is a very versatile color! I just wish the clasp to ‘close the bag’ wasn’t a hook because it’s a little difficult to unclasp the bag with one hand
