SHIPPING
Yes, we ship all over the world. Samo Ondoh provides the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
You will receive your purchase within 3-5 business days after dispatch via DHL Express.
If there is no notice for restock date, it will dispatch in 2 business days after order. Deliveries to suburban or island areas may take longer.
If DHL requires additional information, please provide it promptly to avoid delays. Delivery may be delayed in exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters.
Please ensure the following information is accurate:

We will contact you via email if any issues arise during delivery. Be sure to double-check that your email address is correct.
Please ensure you receive the package in person and avoid requesting doorstep delivery. If you are unavailable, we recommend arranging for DHL to hold the package for redelivery or picking it up directly from DHL. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost when the package is left at the doorstep.
For international shipping, we require the full name as shown on your passport for identification purposes. If the full name is not provided, the shipment cannot be processed.
PAYMENT
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase.If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that when you return, wait for DHL to pickup your return package. DO NOT process return by yourself using other delivery company.

We do not offer an exchange service.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may return the initial order and place a new order separately.
We will process the refund approval within 7 days after the package arrives at SAMO ONDOH warehouse and passes the inspection process. The actual refund will be handled by your card issuer and typically takes 3 to 18 days to reflect in your account after the approval from our side is completed.
Cancellation is possible before dispatch, and a full refund will be issued. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you should request a return after receive.
In the event of an incorrect delivery or receiving defective products, SAMO ONDOH will cover the round-trip shipping costs resulting from its error and provide an exchange free of charge. However, please ensure that the returned product is in its original, unused condition. All original packaging, tag attached should be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Exchanges may not be processed if there are any signs of use.
The request for incorrect delivery can be made within 7 days from the delivery completion.
When you receive the wrong or defective product, please fill out this form to register exchange.
When you purchase in Korea, return or exchange should be made in Korea within 7 days after purchase.
No, you cannot. If the returned package does not meet the SAMO ONDOH return policy requirements, it will be sent back to you. In such cases, the reshipping fee will be charged to the customer.

PRODUCT
The color of the product may appear differently on the screen depending on the monitor's color settings, sunlight, or lighting. Please note that this is not considered a valid reason for a free exchange or return.
Please note that deformation/discolour may occur when exposed to oil, moisture and direct sunlight.
Please be careful not to contaminate it because the gloss or color may deteriorate due to cosmetics and perfumes.
Avoid wearing bright products and clothes that can stain easily (dark blue wool, jeans, etc.) due to friction when wearing them.
The material may crack or wear during use.
Fabric that has been deformed due to discoloration or contamination cannot be restored.
If it is contaminated, wipe it with a dedicated cream or soft cloth immediately to prevent deformation, and never use general detergent.
Dye, deformation, and peeling due to consumer carelessness cannot be compensated, so when storing the product, put it in a dust bag and store it in a place where the temperature and humidity are not high.
Due to the nature of the material, there may be wrinkles, marks, spots, and fine scratches, which are not included in the reasons for defects.
Color and size errors, unremoved threads, fine shaking of sewing lines, and the smell of fabric are not product defects.
The size may differ by 1-4 cm depending on the measurement method and location.
The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. Free repair services are only available within this 6-month period.
Nappa has the classic leather texture, moist and rich. Goat has smooth, soft texture and alluring sheen. The biggest difference between Nappa and Goat is the alluring glossy shine which is more stand out in Goat.
The characteristic of Savage is its texture, which features deep crack on the surface.
Brushed has a matte texture.
